Trying to tweak my blog

I'm trying to tweak my blog.  It's not as easy as you would think.  I think I have it all figured out and then I post and it all changes.  Very frustrating at times.....

and man is that hard to do. I'm pretty happy with how she turned out. Of course I have a pile of erasing scraps all over me and the table--but after several attempts it all worked out. Sorry the paper is a little

What I've been up to

This is what I have been up to lately.  Ashley and John bought me an art class for Christmas and so I've been working on that.  I am loving it. Thanks Ashley and John!  It's called Magical, Mythical Makings and it's given by Tam LaPorte at Willowing.ning.com.  It is a a wonderful  class and our first assignment was to work in our art journals and to draw and paint our Goddess on canvas.  We were to choose a name, color scheme, and various things  and go from there.  My Goddess's name is Aine (Awn-yuh)  and her story is quite interesting, that's why I chose her.  So here she is meet Aine.  I'm quite happy with her (which is amazing, I usually am never happy with my work) Thanks for taking a look!

New wreath for Linda's house

You really should see my sister Linda's house decorated for Christmas.  She and Harry go all out and it is just gorgeous.  The other night we created a new wreath to hang over her fireplace.  I must say that it turned out just gorgeous and Linda sent me a picture of it so I decided to do a post on it.  Her home is done in Pink of course and teal and is just beautiful.  Maybe I'll go down and take pictures and post a visual tour here....... Maybe....
